General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Dr1ver Society

1. Organizer Identification
Dr1ver Society, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €1,500, headquartered at 21 bis rue des Acacias, 91470 Limours, France, registered with the Evry Trade and Companies Register under number 944 701 804, organizes automotive touring rallies and premium driving experiences in France, Europe, and internationally.

2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Dr1ver Society (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant") wishing to register for an event organized by Dr1ver Society.

3. Contract Formation
Registration becomes final upon receipt of:
the signed registration form or quote, and
payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount.
Validation is confirmed by sending a booking summary and these GTCS, which serve as proof of contractual commitment.

4. Price, Services, and Payment Terms
Price: The fee includes only the services described in the event description. Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included: fuel, tolls, personal insurance, unlisted meals and drinks, unselected options, and transportation to/from the starting point.
Payment:
Deposit: 50% upon registration.
Balance: 45 days before the start of the event (unless otherwise specified in the Special Terms and Conditions).
Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or secure payment platform.
Late Payment: Any delay may result in contract termination without refund of the deposit. Late fees may apply according to the legal interest rate in force.

5. Modification and Cancellation by the Participant
Modifications: Requests are accepted up to 15 days before the event, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Must be submitted via registered mail.
Cancellation fees:
More than 90 days before the event: 50% of the total amount
From 89 to 45 days before the event: 75%
Less than 45 days before the event: 100%
Transfer: Transfer to another participant is possible up to 7 days before departure, subject to transfer fees. The original participant remains jointly liable.

6. Modification or Cancellation by the Organizer
The Organizer may modify or cancel the event in the case of force majeure, including but not limited to weather conditions preventing safe execution of the service, armed conflict, epidemic, labor dispute, government injunction, transport or supply disruptions, or operational incidents—i.e., events that were unforeseeable, beyond Dr1ver Society’s control, and impossible to overcome despite diligence and reasonable efforts.
In case of cancellation:
Refund (less non-refundable expenses already incurred), or
Proposal of a credit note or rescheduling (also deducting non-recoverable costs).
In case of modification: No price reduction will be applied if the overall spirit of the event is maintained.

7. Participation Requirements and Liability
Behavior: Participants agree to comply with traffic laws, drive responsibly, follow the Organizer’s instructions, and adhere to the code of conduct.
Any dangerous behavior may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
Liability: Each participant drives under their own responsibility. Dr1ver Society is not liable for accidents, fines, or damages suffered or caused by the participant.

8. Insurance
Mandatory: Valid third-party car insurance (RC), driver’s license, vehicle registration, and up-to-date insurance policy.
Recommended: Trip cancellation insurance, comprehensive coverage, repatriation/medical expense coverage.
Participants confirm that their insurance coverage is adequate.

9. Intellectual Property & Image Rights
The participant authorizes Dr1ver Society to use photos/videos taken during the event for communication purposes, unless a written objection is submitted.
Content created may be shared for non-commercial use.
Any use of the Dr1ver name or logo requires prior written authorization.

10. Personal Data
Dr1ver Society is committed to protecting the confidentiality of collected data. It is used for event management, billing, and communication purposes.
In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data. Requests should be sent to: info@dr1ver.fr

11. Final Provisions
Acceptance: Registration implies full acceptance of these GTCS.
Severability: If one clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect.
Applicable Law: French law.
Jurisdiction: Courts located in Evry (91), France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
