SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF SAS DR1VER SOCIETY FOR THE "WELCOME TO DR1VER" EVENT

These Special Terms and Conditions of Sale (STCS) are intended to inform the client, prior to signing the contract, about the content of the services, the price, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and administrative formalities.

ORDER
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the applicable General and Special Terms and Conditions of Sale. Registration for the “Welcome to Dr1ver” event is considered firm and final upon receipt of the signed quote and a deposit of 50% of the total amount.

WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies to services provided on a specific date.

PRICE
Prices are stated in euros based on the applicable rate at the time of booking as indicated on the website or quote. They are based on the current exchange rates, airfare, taxes, fees, and land service rates known at the time and may be subject to adjustment. Prices are valid for the number of participants indicated for each package, with accommodation in a single room for “1 pers” packages or a double or twin room for “2 pers” packages.
The price of the stay does not include: insurance, personal expenses, beverages, domestic or international transportation, local entry and/or exit taxes (if applicable), visa fees, vaccination costs, optional extras, tips, and visits or excursions not included in the program.
Prices are indivisible, and any waiver of included services or any trip interruption by the client (even in the event of hospitalization or early repatriation) will not entitle the client to a refund, except where specific insurance applies.

Price Revision:
In accordance with the law, and up to 30 days before departure, Dr1ver Society reserves the right to revise its prices to reflect changes in transportation costs, taxes, and exchange rates. Any such revision will apply to all registered participants and will be reflected in invoices issued no later than 30 days before departure. Refusal to pay the revised price will be considered a cancellation.

PAYMENT AND LATE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the start of the event. In the event of late payment, Dr1ver Society reserves the right to cancel participation without refunding the deposit.

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER
Dr1ver reserves the right to modify the program in cases of force majeure (weather, site unavailability, safety instructions, etc.). In case of cancellation, a credit note or postponement will be offered, except in cases of absolute impossibility, in which case a refund may be considered, minus any incurred costs.
Dr1ver Society reserves the right to cancel the “Welcome to Dr1ver” event if the minimum number of 6 registered crews is not reached. In such a case, no compensation will be due, and any payments already made will be fully refunded or converted into a credit, at the client’s discretion.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Cancellations must be notified by registered mail.
Cancellation fees:
More than 90 days before the start of the service: 50% of the total amount
From 89 to 45 days before the start of the service: 75%
Less than 45 days: 100%

TRANSFER OF CONTRACT
The client may transfer their contract to a third party who meets the same participation conditions, up to 7 days before the event, subject to transfer fees.

LIABILITY
Each participant is responsible for their vehicle and driving. Compliance with the traffic laws, safety instructions, and rules set by instructors is mandatory. Any dangerous behavior may result in exclusion from the event without refund.

INSURANCE
Each participant must have valid automotive liability insurance and is strongly encouraged to purchase personal insurance covering medical risks, cancellation, and property damage. If needed, the organizer can recommend an insurer.

PERSONAL DATA
Information collected is treated confidentially for the purpose of event management and communication with participants and service providers, in compliance with the GDPR.

APPLICABLE LAW
These STCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal proceedings. Jurisdiction is assigned to the court of Dr1ver Society’s registered office, the Court of Evry.
